Shipping Policy
Delivery Options:
For all orders received PRIOR to 1pm, the following shipping times apply. Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight, distance, and method of delivery.
Once dispatched, the general expected delivery times for each region are:
- 1 to 2 business days, for postcodes within 40km of an Allcraft Trade Solutions Warehouse; and
- 2 to 9 business days, for postcodes that are more than 40km from an Allcraft Trade Solutions Warehouse.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As such we recommend you use a business address or an address where you, or someone you designate, will be available to receive your delivery.
Some exceptions apply, so please read the full list of we deliver to here.
- Should your delivery postcode be outside of our standard delivery radius, one of our team members will contact you to confirm expected delivery time. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will provide you with a refund.
- We may use third party couriers to deliver the products you order. Accordingly, delivery times may be impacted by shipping and other factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Any dispatch times and delivery dates we provide are estimates only.
- In busy trading periods, orders may take longer to fulfil due to high volumes.
- We will arrange delivery of the products you order to the address you have nominated when making the order. If you require multiple delivery destinations for products, you must submit separate orders for each address.
We will generally attempt delivery once only, before returning your order to the Allcraft Trade Solutions Warehouse and contacting you to make alternative delivery arrangements. We will not attempt to redeliver your order until such arrangements are confirmed. You will be responsible for any additional re-delivery fees if you specify an incorrect delivery address, or delivery fails. Where you do not collect your order within 10 business days of a failed delivery, you must contact our Team on 02 4625 7575 or email us to claim your order at [email protected]

- Order prior to 1 pm for next-day pick-up for pick and pack items* from our Campbelltown NSW Warehouse.
- Lead times for items not considered pick and pack or not in stock are dependent on many factors. Please contact us prior to picking up your order to ensure it is ready.
- Cost: FREE
- Truck
- Truck delivery is only available for NSW, Sydney Metro, surrounds and some ACT post codes. We may be able to arrange bulk items for delivery please contact us (link HERE) for more information.
- Lead times for items not considered pick and pack or not in stock are dependent on many factors. Please contact us prior to ordering should you have any concerns or for an indication on delivery dates.
- Cost: Price depends on delivery zone and total weight
- Courier
- This option is only available for eligible items 4m and less in length. We may be able to arrange bulk items for delivery please contact us for more information.
- Lead times for items not considered pick and pack or not in stock are dependent on many factors. Please contact us (prior to ordering should you have any concerns or for an indication on delivery dates.
- Cost: Price depends on delivery zone and total weight
General Shipping Information:
Areas we deliver to: We currently ship our pick and pack items across Australia. All custom, fabricated and structural items can only be delivered to NSW and the ACT. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
What is considered a “pick and pack" item? Most items on our website are considered pick and pack items unless they are custom made (such as custom drains) or need to be fabricated (such as items from our Structural Steel category) or they are a bulk/pick up only item.
Obligations and more Information
It is the customers obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. All courier companies nominated may change if we deem it to be necessary for whatever reason. We will endeavour where possible to dispatch the item out with the chosen courier company. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. Some deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the goods. In most instances, if no-one is home and cannot be contacted then the delivery will be returned to the Warehouse and a calling card will be left, another delivery fee may be charged if contact is not made and goods are returned to us. To sure ensure speedy uncomplicated delivery please provide us with a contact phone number. Most deliveries do not require anyone to be home, if the courier company feels it safe to leave, they will leave the item.
We will send out at least one email notifying you of your tracking number and which courier company it was sent with. You may also get one from the freight forward company and one from the actual courier company. We suggest you contact the courier company first if you do not receive your item. If this is unsuccessful we contact our office for help.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. We offer insurance as an option.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place
If when ordering a product is out of stock, we will send you an email notifying you of this and an expected time of delivery.
International delivery is not available. Please contact us for options.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Allcraft Trade Solutions reserve the right to cancel the order if the website determined shipping rate is less than the actual cost to deliver.
Where do you Deliver to?
Currently we deliver Australia-wide for most pick & pack items, such as hardware, grates & drains.

What are the options for Delivery?
At Allcraft Trade Solutions we have a few options on how we can deliver the goods to you.
Truck:
We operate a fleet of trucks and may also use a third-party service that deliver across Sydney Metro and surrounds.
Courier (Australia Wide):
For smaller orders and for delivery across Australia, we use third-party couriers. Please see the courier tab for eligible items.
You may nominate a courier or delivery provider to deliver your product. Allcraft Trade Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver products to you (or your nominated recipient).
Warehouse Collection (Australia-wide):
For larger and heavier items, we offer a pickup from our Warehouse at 24 Mount Erin Road, Campbelltown, NSW 2560. Please see the 'Collecting Your Order Tab' for more information.
Collecting Your Order
Free pick up is available from our Warehouse at 24 Mount Erin Road, Campbelltown, NSW 2560. We are open from 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday for pick ups, please phone ahead on 02 4625 7575 so we can have it ready for you.
Bulky and 'Pick Up Only' Items
We use a third party service or to deliver bulky and heavier items within Australia and NSW locally.
Bulky items such as Mesh, Reinforcing Bar where the length is 4 meters or longer, can be Delivered. Delivery in NSW within 100km for these items is $240.00. For Delivery Australia wide please Contact Us (Contact Us link here) prior for pricing and arrangement of delivery.
Alternatively, you can collect these items from either our Campbelltown Warehouse (depending on where the item is stocked) or for any Sydney Metro addresses we offer a truck delivery service.
What Items are eligible for courier?
We use third-party couriers to deliver eligible items.
Eligible items include:
- Grates & Drains products less than 2 meters
- Most Builder's hardware items (except for some items in the Fasteners category)
- Orders with a total weight of less than the maximum allowed via Courier. Contact US (put link here to contact us page) prior to ordering to confirm the maximum allowance.
What items are not eligible?
- Structural Steel products
- Lintels
- Landscape and gardening supplies
- Items over 4m
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

How do I check the status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we do not at this time.

Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide a home or business address for your delivery.
