Prefabrication Service

Here at Allcraft we manufacture and supply prefabrication as a service to our valued clients.
All prefabrication is made to comply with strict Australian Standards.

Our prefabrication services include;

Pile Cages

Pile cages are typically used with medium to large slabs, piers and bridge construction. The main configurations for pile cages are round-shaped with the core reinforcing bars contained with a spiral/hoop ligature.

They are usually supplied in 12 metre lengths but smaller and larger lengths are available.

Prefabricated Cages

Made-to-order prefabricated steel cages can be provided for all pier, pile and footing steel reinforcement.

Our prefabricated steel cages are made on site right here in our Sydney factory. Machine made with controlled welding by our trained specialised Reo Cage Sydney workers.

Custom Prefabricated Cages

Custom prefabrication is typically used in pre-castin and unique structures like tunnel segments, barriers etc.

The main configurations for custom prefab is 12mm bar to 40mm bar 2.4metre*12metre to ensure standard road transport width requirements are met. Configurations of the cages and components can be bar, mesh, structural sections, bolts and so on, incorporated into the finished cage. These configurations are determined early in the design stage then confirmed during the scheduling phase of the project.
